1. Agreement and eligibility
By using OrderTakrPH, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. You must have legal capacity for the relevant transaction; a parent or guardian must supervise use by a minor where required.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These terms do not replace separate consent or permissions required for optional features or sensitive information.
2. What OrderTakrPH provides
OrderTakrPH provides software for menus, online and Counter orders, active-order and kitchen workflows, supported printing, store/table settings, reservations, manual delivery assignment, customer records, payment review, rewards, and reports. Availability depends on the business’s configuration, permissions, and enabled integrations.
The businesses shown in the service are independently operated. The selected business supplies the food and related services and is responsible for menu accuracy, prices, availability, preparation, allergens, delivery arrangements, booking policies, payment destinations, taxes, discounts, refunds, and customer service. OrderTakrPH does not itself prepare food, hold customer wallet balances, or automatically dispatch a delivery fleet.
Any merchant subscription or pilot fees follow the applicable commercial agreement; these terms do not introduce a new fee or automatic billing arrangement.
3. Orders, scheduling, and reservations
- Review the selected business, items, options, fulfillment method, address, schedule, price, and instructions before submitting.
- Prices and availability are checked during checkout. A cart, draft, held Counter order, Messenger response, or kitchen ticket is not by itself proof of a confirmed customer transaction.
- Follow the confirmation and status shown by the service. Store acceptance, preparation, dispatch, completion, and payment are separate steps; payment is not implied by a kitchen status.
- Scheduled orders and reservations follow the selected business’s settings and confirmation process. Contact the business for changes, lateness, cancellation, no-shows, or special requirements.
- Tell the business directly about allergies or requirements that need confirmation. An order note does not guarantee that a request can be accommodated.
4. Payments, refunds, and tax information
Available payment choices and recipient details are displayed for the selected business. Manual GCash/QR payments are made through the customer’s chosen payment service and then reviewed by authorized staff. Uploaded proof is a review submission, not automatic confirmation of payment. Cash on delivery and Counter collections remain unpaid until collection is recorded.
Proof and references must represent the actual transaction. Do not submit altered, unrelated, or duplicate payment evidence. For an incorrect recipient, rejected proof, or disputed amount, contact the business promptly.
Cancellation does not automatically return money. Refunds, late-payment handling, and adjustments require the business’s review and actual payment action. A refund recorded in OrderTakrPH documents that action; the software does not itself transfer the refund.
Tax breakdowns and Senior/PWD calculations use the store’s configured treatment and staff-verified eligibility. The business remains responsible for lawful tax treatment, benefit verification, and required invoicing. OrderTakrPH’s current receipt is an operational document:
This is not an official receipt and this document is not valid for claim of input tax.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or a business’s obligations under applicable Philippine law.
5. Accounts, materials, and acceptable conduct
Provide accurate information and protect account, session, integration, and device access. Business administrators must grant appropriate permissions and revoke access when a staff member, rider, or device no longer needs it. Do not share private order links or export customer data without an authorized purpose.
You may not impersonate others, access another business’s private records, submit malicious files, abuse checkout or messaging, evade security controls, publish unlawful content, or misuse payment or identity evidence.
Businesses retain ownership of their submitted menus, images, branding, and records and authorize OrderTakrPH to store, process, and display those materials as needed to provide the service. Upload only material you have the right to use. Review AI-imported menu text, choices, and prices before saving or publishing. OrderTakrPH software and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Rewards, promotions, and verified discounts
Participating businesses set the displayed rewards and promotion rules, eligibility, participating stores, limits, and stacking choices. Points are not cash or a transferable wallet balance and can be used only under the issuing account’s program rules.
Redemption may reserve points during checkout. Expired, cancelled, refunded, or corrected transactions can release or reverse points and promotion usage under the program rules. Ledger corrections preserve transaction evidence. A matching customer name or phone number does not establish ownership of someone else’s benefits.
Senior/PWD discounts require the store’s verification of the eligible person and eligible portion. A configured benefit does not replace legally required verification or guarantee that every item or shared order qualifies.
7. Messenger, maps, kitchen devices, and printing
Messenger provides structured ordering assistance, links, staff replies, and eligible updates. Checkout rechecks the actual store and order details. Google, Meta, maps, payment services, browsers, networks, and printers are independent services or devices; their availability and applicable terms also affect the experience.
Business managers approve named kitchen devices and their viewing, updating, and printing permissions. Auto-print requires a compatible connection and an active supported device. Browser-based printing depends on the page/device remaining available and is not a guarantee of background printing after the browser is closed. Staff should verify important status changes and print outcomes before retrying a ticket.
Locations and delivery estimates depend on supplied address information and available map data. The business and its assigned rider remain responsible for fulfillment arrangements.
8. Availability and responsibility
Service may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, provider restrictions, device failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Businesses should maintain an appropriate operational fallback and verify transactions when the service reports an uncertain result.
To the extent permitted by law, OrderTakrPH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for independently operated restaurants’ food, fulfillment, policies, or payment actions. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension, closure, and changes
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address security harm, abuse, unlawful activity, or applicable merchant-agreement obligations. Business owners are responsible for coordinating active transactions, staff/device access, and connected Pages when ending their use.
Account closure or integration disconnection does not automatically erase all transaction records. See our data deletion instructions. We may update these terms as the service changes, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact the relevant business first for fulfillment and payment concerns.
